MAGNETIC CUTTER
Permanent magnets are used for lifting and carrying iron materials or products in the form of plates, blocks or round profiles. Permanent magnets produce a strong absorption force within the magnetic field. Magnetization and demagnetization is done by simply turning the lever from one end position to another. When the magnet is in the working position, the absorption surface of the gripper creates a pair of longitudinal magnetic poles that firmly attract the iron material. On the absorption surface there is a groove in the shape of the letter “V” which allows the reception and lifting of round profiles, provided that in this case the bearing capacity of the magnet is lower.
